My initial plan was to repost the material from my old blog, but then when I read it back… nakharom macam bangang tulisan aku dulu. Lol. Things have changed, so I think it is necessary to revise whilst retain the essence of ‘the wisdom of we’.

I must say that I am not a good team player. But to me, the high performance team doesn’t necessarily compose of the team player people, but is built around the people who share common understanding and able to think on the same wavelength; function well together in perfect harmony and know how to have fun.

We’ve worked together for several assignments and projects. Aku ni dahla bad team player, pemalas pulak… but they know how to play to my strength and get the best out of me. We've built a cohesive team and i think this is the best team I’ve ever worked with.
Everybody plays their part. Fitry is the leader, who makes things happen and holds the team together. Aimi is the brain, who controls, evaluates and analyses the details. Halim is the engine, tenacious and persistent, who gathers information. Me? I am lucky to get the chance to work with them.
